According to the pilot, he landed the airplane on runway 17R (7,004 feet by 77 feet, asphalt) and noticed it was too far to the left of center line. He applied full right rudder and the airplane ground looped, impacting a snow bank. The right aileron and elevator were bent and broken. An examination of the airplane systems revealed no anomalies.
