On April 20, 2001, at 1425 central daylight time, a Cessna 182L, N6412K, piloted by a commercial pilot, was substantially damaged on impact with terrain during a third landing attempt on runway 20 (2,210 feet by 21 feet, asphalt) at the Stromsburg Municipal Airport (11K), Stromsburg, Nebraska.
