On November 23, 2003, at 1255 eastern standard time, a Cessna 182Q, N735XY, was substantially damaged during an overrun at the Skyhaven Airport (76N), Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. The certificated private pilot was not injured. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed, and no flight plan was filed for the personal local flight that originated from the Wyoming Valley Airport (WBW), Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
